RETURNS/CANCELLATION  
Order cancellations prior to items being shipped may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

We value your collectible arriving safely to your collection. We do our best to carefully package every collectible. But on the off chance your item has a rough journey, please reach out to us on our Instagram @collecticore

Returns for item(s) that have shipped will be accepted within 14 days of the ship date. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging. Item(s) will be shipped back at buyers expense. There will be a 20% restocking fee of the total order value.
